financials. We can generally close a church loan 30 to 60 days from start but can close them much quicker if the need arises

dedicated Church Financial Analysts that analyze over $2 Billion in loans a year and close over $100 Million in Church Loans a year.
We also offer a very generous referral program that pays ½ point, up to $10,000 per closed loan that is referred to us. This referral program is
available to anyone regardless of whether they have closed a loan with us or not. Mortgage brokers may earn the referral fee or charge an origination
fee but not both.
